Content & Community Policy

1. Follow the Law

Content uploaded, posted, commented on or shared through Hittok must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations. We may remove content or restrict accounts where required by law or where content creates a material risk to users or the Platform.

2. Prohibited Content

• Sexual exploitation and explicit content: pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual abuse material involving minors, or content that facilitates sexual exploitation.
• Harassment and bullying: threats, targeted abuse, humiliation, stalking, blackmail, doxxing or repeated unwanted contact.
• Hate and discrimination: content that promotes hatred, violence or dehumanization against people or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Violence and dangerous activity: graphic violence, glorification of violent crime, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing or content encouraging dangerous acts.
• Illegal activity: promotion or facilitation of criminal activity, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, fraud, money laundering or other unlawful transactions.
• Privacy violations: sharing another person's private, intimate or sensitive information without appropriate consent.
• Impersonation and fraud: pretending to be another person, organization or public figure in a deceptive way.
• Spam and manipulation: fake engagement, deceptive links, malicious links, repetitive commercial spam, bot-driven manipulation or attempts to artificially inflate views, likes or followers.
• Misleading information: knowingly deceptive or materially harmful misinformation, manipulated media or fabricated claims presented as authentic.
• Malware and security abuse: malicious code, phishing, credential theft or attempts to compromise Hittok or other users.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, music rights, publicity rights and other intellectual-property rights. Hittok may remove allegedly infringing content and take action against repeat or serious violations.

4. AI and Synthetic Media

AI-generated or materially manipulated content must not be used to deceive, defraud, harass, impersonate or cause harm. Where Hittok provides labels or disclosure features for synthetic media, users should use them accurately.

5. Community Standards

• Use relevant captions and tags.
• Respect other users and their boundaries.
• Do not create deceptive duplicate or fake profiles.
• Do not evade account restrictions or enforcement actions.
• Report content that you believe violates this policy.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, Hittok may warn, limit distribution, remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities. We may also act proactively to protect users and the integrity of the Platform.

Terms of Use

1. Hittok Services

Hittok provides social and entertainment features including user profiles, posts, stories, short videos, discovery, comments, sharing, messaging and live features. Features may change, be added or removed as the Platform develops.

2. Eligibility

You may use Hittok only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable age and other legal requirements. Some features may have additional eligibility rules.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

4. User Content

You retain rights you already hold in content you upload. By publishing content on Hittok, you grant Hittok a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute and communicate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure and improve the Platform and its features, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload the content and grant the above license.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Hittok for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive purposes; interfere with the Platform; scrape or collect user data through unauthorized automated means; upload malicious code; circumvent security or moderation systems; or violate the Content & Community Policy.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, maintain security, comply with law or protect Hittok's services.

7. Rewards and Earnings

Some Hittok users may be offered coins, incentives or monetary rewards after verification or through specific programs. Rewards are not guaranteed merely because an account exists or content is published. Eligibility, verification, thresholds, fraud checks, payout methods, limits and taxes may apply as described in the relevant program terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Hittok's software, branding, logos, interfaces and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or by Hittok in writing, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit them.

9. Third-Party Services

Hittok may contain links, integrations or services supplied by third parties. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. To the extent permitted by law, Hittok disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Watch-to-Earn Rewards Terms

1. Program

The Hittok Watch-to-Earn Rewards Program ("Program") is a promotional feature that may allow eligible users to earn Hittok Coins or other rewards by completing activities displayed inside Hittok, which may include watch-time milestones, check-ins, advertisements or other qualifying tasks.

2. Eligibility

The Program may not be available to every user. Hittok may determine eligibility based on account status, verification, activity, region, compliance history and other legitimate criteria. We may enable, limit, pause or withdraw access to the Program.

3. Earning Coins

Eligible tasks, coin values, daily limits and claim rules will be shown in the Platform. Completing a task may not automatically result in a reward if the task requires an explicit claim, verification or other condition. Unclaimed or incomplete activity may expire when the relevant daily cycle resets.

4. Verification and Fraud Prevention

Rewards may require account verification and successful fraud or abuse checks. Using bots, emulators, automation, fake accounts, device manipulation, collusion or other unfair methods is prohibited. Hittok may cancel, reverse or withhold rewards connected to suspected abuse.

5. Redemption and Payout

Where cash or other monetary rewards are offered, the applicable conversion, minimum threshold, payout channel, verification requirements and limits will be displayed by Hittok. Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, withholding and legal requirements. Coins have no cash value unless and until a specific Hittok program expressly provides a conversion or payout option.

6. Expiry and Reversal

Coins or rewards may have an expiry period or program-specific validity. Hittok may adjust or reverse rewards issued in error, fraudulently or contrary to the Program rules.

7. No Guaranteed Income

Participation does not guarantee a fixed income, minimum number of coins, views, followers or payouts. Reward amounts depend on the activities and rules applicable to your account at the relevant time.

8. Changes or Discontinuation

Hittok may change, pause, suspend or discontinue the Program or any task, reward, eligibility rule or limit, subject to applicable law.

Account Deletion — FAQs

1. Can my Hittok account be automatically deleted?

Hittok may delete or deactivate accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period, where permitted by law and our operational policies. We may also take action when an account appears compromised or creates a serious security or integrity risk.

2. How do I request account deletion?

1. Open Hittok and go to Settings.
2. Choose the available Delete Account / Request Account Deletion option.
3. Authenticate your account when prompted.
4. Provide the requested contact details and reason, if applicable.
5. Submit the request.

3. What happens after I request deletion?

Your account and associated public profile may become unavailable while the deletion request is processed. Content, posts, comments, followers, chats and other account data may be removed or made inaccessible according to Hittok's deletion and retention processes.

4. Can I cancel a deletion request?

If Hittok provides a cancellation window for your request, you may be able to log in and cancel before final deletion. Once deletion is completed, restoration may not be possible.

5. Can I download my data?

Where Hittok provides a data-download facility, follow the instructions shown in the app or sent to your registered email. Availability and the types of data provided may depend on applicable law, technical feasibility and account status.

6. What happens to coins or rewards?

Unless a specific reward program states otherwise, unused coins, incentives or promotional rewards may be forfeited when an account is deleted. We do not promise refunds for promotional balances.

7. Can some data remain after deletion?

Yes. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, enforcement or other lawful purposes. Retained information will be handled according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
